二 | 百林科管理团队与生物制药产业链的关键行业伙伴,共同见证新车间及自动化产线正式投入运行。

三 | 作为兰州新区生物医药产业布局的一部分,百林科兰州基地经过持续建设,已逐步形成覆盖研发、生产及质量管理等环节的产业化体系。此次新产线投运,将进一步提升基地自动化生产、规模化制造及供应保障能力,为层析填料业务持续发展提供更加坚实的制造支撑。

图2:启幕仪式在关键行业伙伴的见证及兰州新区政府的大力支持下举行B15车间正式投运,智造能力再升级B15车间主要布局蛋白A全自动偶联生产线及羟基磷灰石生产线,是百林科进一步完善层析填料自动化生产体系的重要布局。目前,百林科兰州基地已建成1条500L及3条1000L全品类层析填料自动化生产线,以及一条在建的硬胶自动化生产线。搭配一条全自动灌装线, 实现智能制造全流程贯穿,有效提升效率与批次一致性,整体自动化率达到90%。

四 | 其中,琼脂糖葡聚糖层析填料年产能可达 25万升, 羟基磷灰石年产能达10吨,并配备3000余平方米甲类防爆厂房,以及GMP标准D级洁净分装区及仓储区,为层析填料规模化生产提供制造基础。

五 | 百林科创始人兼董事长陈志表示,自兰州填料智能制造基地建设之初,百林科就希望将其打造成为集研发、与产业化于一体的层析填料基地。B15车间的落成投运,不仅是生产设施的进一步完善,更是百林科持续提升制造能力和供应保障能力的重要一步。

图3:B15车间内的蛋白A全自动偶联生产线全品类布局持续完善,产业化能力进一步提升B15新产线的投入运行,也进一步完善了百林科兰州基地的层析填料产品及生产布局。目前,百林科层析填料产品已覆盖葡聚糖琼脂糖软胶、聚合物硬胶、羟基磷灰石等多个产品类别,涵盖离子交换、亲和、疏水、过滤、多模式、反向等层析原理,形成百余种细分产品。此次B15车间投运,将进一步增强蛋白A、羟基磷灰石等产品的规模化生产能力,并与基地现有自动化生产线形成协同,推动百林科层析填料从多产品布局向更加完善的全品类产业化体系发展。

九 | 与此同时,兰州基地通过DCS自动化控制系统及GDS系统,对生产过程进行数字化管理与安全控制,实现关键工艺参数的实时监测与自动控制,持续提升生产流程的标准化、数字化和自动化水平。2024年,兰州基地还获评甘肃省"数字化车间"。
